Rectangular & Square Dampers

Custom-manufactured motorized dampers for square and rectangular duct, built to your exact dimensions, 6 to 36 in. wide. 24 Vac standard, 120 Vac available, on the Hoyme spring drive or a Belimo actuator.

HCR or HSI

• HCR, new ductwork: connects inline between two open duct ends.
• HSI, existing ductwork: slips into the duct through a partial cut on one side only, so the run does not have to come apart.

Actuator options

• Hoyme spring drive: 2-position open/close, 24 Vac standard. HCR/HSI standard.
• Belimo TFB120: on/off spring return for 100 to 240 Vac sites. HCR/HSI with TFB120.
• Belimo modulating, 2 to 10 VDC: for BAS and DDC control. HCR/HSI modulating.
• Belimo floating point: 3-wire DDC control, holds last position. HCR/HSI floating point.
• Belimo FSLF fire and smoke actuator: the damper assembly is not UL listed. HCR/HSI with FSLF.

What to send for a quote

Duct width and height, HCR or HSI, supply voltage, actuator and action (power open or power close), and whether you need an end switch. Custom dampers cannot be returned except under warranty and cannot be cancelled once production starts, so confirm every dimension before you order.
