After your application is approved, a Hoyme representative contacts you to confirm your branch locations, regional demand profile, and recommend a starter assortment. We provide product literature, wiring diagrams, and counter reference materials. There's no complex setup — most branches are stocking within a few weeks of approval.

Do you provide sales and counter training?

Yes. We train counter staff and outside sales reps on product selection, sizing, and the code requirements that drive damper purchases. The goal is simple: your team should be able to confidently answer the most common contractor questions without escalating. We also handle direct contractor technical support — wiring, sizing, and code — so your team doesn't need to become Hoyme experts to sell the line effectively.
